Hi I’m Sarah, Our COmmon Founder, Leadership & Executive Coach.

I have been coaching within complex organizations for the past decade. With thousands of hours of leadership coaching under my belt, I have come to understand how critical it is for those who carry much, to have a safe unbiased space to process and problem solve.

You can count on me to believe in you, and to remind you of your capacity, while being honest and direct with you about the patterns and limitations that might be holding you back.

I have a natural propensity for both emotional depth & strategic problem solving which uniquely allows me to create space for you to be a whole human, while still helping you find ways to get stuff done. How it works

We co-create a safe space that you can return to again and again to be heard, feel cared for, and come away with more clarity and capacity.

  • We have a free initial 40 minute consult call where we get to know each other a little, and you get to ask all your questions. If it feels like a good fit for both of us we go from there.

  • I send you an Intake Questionnaire where you get to know yourself through written reflection. Often clients find new discoveries and insights into their own story and perspective. This also gives us a head-start in getting to know each other, and establishes a solid foundation for us to build on.

    We begin with a 2 hour Intake Session where we co-create our unique dynamic. We’ll set agreements, build familiarity, establish shared frameworks, explore your values and set goals and focus areas for our coaching. This call gives us many of the tools, structures, and common language to best serve your learning and growth.

  • Once established, we build on-going systems for connection and support. We will have two 50 minute live calls per month. You will have full access to text and email support for further processing, updates, & accountability. You also have the option to call on SOS spot-coaching calls, if needed - these are 10-15 minutes in length, and available for urgent in-the moment support (based on availability).

  • If you choose, we identify a coaching ‘sponsor’ within your organization - usually a superior or peer - who provides their input on focus areas for coaching that they believe will support your leadership journey. This helps to identify blind-spots and provides on-the-ground accountability to the process.

  • At the end of our contract we schedule a review session to look back, celebrate, collect up acquired tools and learning, and point to what’s next for you.

    Many clients choose to continue the journey together, and the option is always there to renew for another season, or to extend in a modified way.

Of course, sometimes you face urgent needs that require immediate attention.
