Hi, I’m Sarah - an Activator, Mobilizer, and Teacher by nature.

I gave my first mainstage talk at eight years old and have never looked back. Creating moments of connection, reflection, and meaningful inspiration isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.

Whether you’re leading a team, hosting a conference or retreat, running a program, or engaging a podcast audience, I’d love to create an anchoring experience for your people. One that sparks conversations and insights that last long after the room clears.

My Approach

My approach is relational and participatory - designed not just to inspire, but to create space for reflection, connection, and meaningful conversation. You’ll feel like a co-creator in the experience.

Tangible ideas

Inspiration is only as powerful as it is tangible and applicable. I anchor the themes I teach in practical, lived reality so that what feels aspirational can also feel attainable.

Lasting impact

Your attention is precious, so let’s not waste anybody’s time! I am committed to crafting transformative experiences that go with you into your life, work, and relationships.

I’ve had the honour of speaking and teaching at a diversity of events, retreats, and conferences that have ranged from college classrooms to the TEDx stage. I create grounded intimacy and connection, no matter the size of the audience. My style is often described as “relatable and reflective.”

Big Ideas, Real Impact.

Big Ideas, Real Impact.

Here are a few of the Topics I’m available to speak on in your board room, on the stage… or even, out in the wild.

Belonging & Interdependence in a Fragmented World

Why we crave connection so deeply and how to cultivate relational ecosystems that support mutual care, resilience, and collective flourishing in workplaces, organizations, and everyday life.

Relationship Design for Thriving Teams & Communities

A practical keynote on intentional relational frameworks - from clear agreements to conflict navigation - that help teams, leaders, and groups move from reactive dynamics to equitable, resilient cultures.

Navigating Complexity with Courage & Compassion

How to face relational nuance - whether in partnerships, communities, or organizations - with integrity, curiosity, and tools for grounded communication.

What Nature Teaches About Relationships

Drawing on my background in forest sciences, permaculture, and ecology, I use nature as metaphor for relational ecosystems - exploring how, like nature, we thrive through interdependence, care, and cyclical ways of living.

Guest Teaching in your community:

I’d also love to facilitate in your group, retreat, or existing community. If you think I’d be a good fit for your program, let’s set up a call to discuss how we might collaborate on whatever offering, workshop or session you have in mind.

I charge for speaking engagements based on your group or organization’s capacity. Rates are sliding scale depending on whether you’re hosting an event for a cause, creating a networking opportunity, or bringing me in for your corporate event. So please reach out if you’re interested in collaborating!
